Four Ontario schoolboards in Canada have filed a 4.5 billion $ lawsuit against TikTok and Instagram due to the effects their technology has on younger children. They have a point and i hope that they drive change throughout the system… the developers, executives and engineers know FULL-WELL 100% about the effects of their business on their users and mental health… they actively design and engineer their apps to rake in as much money as possible and be addictive as possible, only adhering to safety for the applicable laws…

the designs i would engage in are companies such as Apple… in part, designing phones with better touch-screen keyboards that avoid typos every single word 😔
