A general rule is that you should only spend on capital-expenditure to meet the DEMAND of more sales… research, development, designing, market research, marketing, benchmarking and outsourcing labor and parts of your business should work in co-operation with already established, affordable services from other businesses!!! Do not over-spend with wide-eyes in anticipation of development only to learn later that cheaper solutions in the future exist…
