Look for sectors that are in demand and select the companies that are leaders in their industry… look at yearly charts where the price is at a discount – but the stock has shown some signs of recovery… pick a sector with a bright future that shows some well-appreciated innovation and change to drive demand (for tech stocks). Look for stocks at discounts that have future demand and have shown some recovery… stay clear of stocks that have dropped all together, their industry has fallen out of favor and they are just a too ways off from thriving again!!!
